NBSOIL (Nature Based Solutions for Soil Management) est un projet de quatre ans coordonné par l’Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation IUNG-PIB (PL) qui vise à co-créer et à tester un parcours d’apprentissage pour les conseillers en sols existants et en devenir. Le processus de co-création impliquera environ 1000 parties prenantes telles que des gestionnaires de terres, des chercheurs, des conseillers en sols, des organisateurs communautaires, des entrepreneurs, des développeurs de technologies, des autorités locales et des décideurs politiques. Environ 300 participants de 8 pays (Pologne, Autriche, Suisse, Royaume-Uni, France, Pays-Bas, Italie et Espagne) suivront la formation complète de 2 ans proposée en 6 langues (anglais, polonais, allemand, néerlandais, français, italien, espagnol), composée d’un MOOC d’introduction, de 4 modules avancés mêlant sessions en ligne et sur le terrain, d’exercices pratiques et d’un projet final à réaliser en petits groupes. Plusieurs cours sont déjà disponibles sur la platforme académique https://soilacademy.nbsoil.eu/ et d’autres sont en préparation !

NBSOIL(Nature Based Solutions for Soil Management) is a four-year project coordinated by the Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation IUNG-PIB (PL) which aims to co create and test a learning pathway for existing and aspiring soil advisors. The co-creation process will engage approximately 1000 stakeholders such as land managers, researchers, soil advisors, community organisers, entrepreneurs, technology developers, local authorities and policy makers. This will lead to approximately 300 participants from 8 countries (Poland, Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Italy and Spain) completing the full 2 years training offered in 6 languages (English, Polish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish), composed of an introductory MOOC, 4 advanced modules blending online and field sessions, practical exercises and a final project to be undertaken in small groups.
